Description and Context
Pictured here are L.B. Thompson Miller, R.N., supervisor of operating room; Dr. E.L. Bradock, surgeon; Dr. W.W. Adams, assistant surgeon; Louise LeVielle, R.N., anesthetist; Etta Young, R.N., first instrument nurse; and Sylvia McNeil, R.N., second instrument nurse. The operating room was busy with scheduled major and elective surgeries as well as emergency operations. It was an efficient team that worked well together.
