Adams, assistant surgeon; Louise LeVielle, R.N., anesthetist; Etta Young, R.N., first instrument nurse; and Sylvia McNeil, R.N., second instrument nurse. The operating room at Lincoln Hospital was generally very busy with scheduled major and minor elective surgeries, with emergency and trauma cases, and with cesarean sections and normal vaginal deliveries.
